Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the service

Scopus Peer Review Submission provides independent editorial, formatting, journal-selection, peer-review response and submission-preparation services. We are not a journal, publisher, university, indexing database or peer-review body.

2. Client responsibilities

The client remains responsible for authorship, research integrity, data accuracy, ethics approval, permissions, citations, declarations, account credentials and the final decision to submit or publish. Clients must not request fabricated data, false reports, deceptive authorship or other academic misconduct.

3. Quotations and project scope

Each project is governed by the confirmed quotation, invoice or written scope, which identifies the files, word count, deliverables, timeline, revision allowance and exclusions. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation and deadline.

4. Files, instructions and deadlines

The client must provide complete, readable and lawful files together with accurate instructions. Delivery dates depend on timely receipt of files, payments, answers to queries and author approvals. Material changes after work begins may affect cost and timing.

5. Payments

Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. Work may begin after the required deposit or full payment is received. Final files may be withheld until outstanding approved charges are paid.

6. Revisions

Included revisions are limited to the agreed service and scope. Revisions do not cover a new manuscript version, changed journal, new data, new analysis, additional sections or instructions introduced after approval unless separately agreed.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests should be sent promptly. Any refund is assessed according to work already completed, resources reserved, third-party costs and the payment terms confirmed for the project. Completed or delivered work is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Confidentiality and intellectual property

The client retains ownership of original research and supplied content. We may use project materials only to assess, deliver, quality-check and support the agreed service. The client is responsible for obtaining permission to share third-party or confidential material.

9. No guarantee of acceptance or indexing

We do not guarantee journal acceptance, peer-review outcomes, publication dates, indexing, citations, grades or commercial results. Editorial and publication decisions remain entirely with the relevant journal, publisher, institution or platform.

10. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to performing the agreed service with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, rejected submissions, external platform decisions, undisclosed client errors or use of deliverables outside the agreed purpose.

11. Acceptable use

We may refuse or stop work involving unlawful content, impersonation, fabricated evidence, credential misuse, harassment, malware, copyright infringement or any request that conflicts with research and publication ethics.

12. Disputes and contact

Concerns should first be raised in writing so both parties can seek a good-faith resolution. Any additional governing-law or dispute terms stated in the confirmed project agreement will apply. Contact info@scopuspeerreviewsubmission.com.
